For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

By completing the cz777 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to access the Platform following notification of updated Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement is entered into between you and cz777. The Company reserves the right to require additional confirmations of acceptance at any point, including upon the publication of material amendments to these Terms.

If you are accessing cz777 on behalf of another individual or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or organisation to this Agreement.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use cz777. The Company employs strict age verification measures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all balances — including deposits, bonus funds, and winnings — will be forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using cz777 is lawful in your jurisdiction. cz777 makes no representations regarding the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) cz777 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cz777 reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any transactions conducted through them.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). cz777 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its applicable licensing obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photograph identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. cz777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cz777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. cz777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.2 Notification of Breach. If you become aware or suspect that your cz777 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cz777 Support immediately. The Company will investigate and take appropriate remedial action at its sole discretion.

4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. cz777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as communicated in the fee schedule, which shall be deducted from any remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be permanently closed.

4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your cz777 Account at any time by contacting Player Support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. cz777 will confirm account closure in writing to your registered email address.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cz777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfers in PKR. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 300. Deposits below this threshold will be declined. There is no maximum deposit limit applicable to standard accounts; however, cz777 reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion for compliance purposes.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance; and (d) the withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, subject to cz777's AML procedures.

5.5 Transaction Fees. cz777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. You may however incur charges from your payment provider. cz777 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party financial institutions.

5.6 Currency. All transactions on the cz777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cz777 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by cz777 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, contribution rates by game type, and time limits are displayed in full at the point of bonus opt-in and within the cz777 Bonus Centre.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. cz777 actively monitors for and takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses; (b) low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value; (c) coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. Where abuse is detected, cz777 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, and to permanently close the relevant Account(s).

6.4 Promotion Modification. cz777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification shall not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered at the time of change.

6.5 Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria, including geographic restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, and account age requirements, are specified in individual promotion terms. cz777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the cz777 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

7.2 Randomness & Fairness. All casino games offered on cz777 utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. cz777 does not influence game outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professionals in certified studio environments and are subject to the same fairness standards.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects game integrity, cz777 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return wagers to Players' accounts. cz777 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum wager amounts per game are displayed within each game's interface. cz777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets on cz777 are subject to acceptance at the Company's discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and confirmed within your Account betting history. cz777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.

8.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. By submitting a bet request, you accept the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance, which may differ from odds at the moment of submission.

8.3 Event Cancellations. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond twenty-four (24) hours, or abandoned before a result can be determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' accounts, except where the relevant market has already been settled prior to the cancellation.

8.4 Results and Settlement. cz777 settles markets based on official results from recognised governing bodies. Where official results are unavailable, cz777 may use results from reputable independent sources. Clerical errors in settlement may be corrected by cz777 at any time after initial settlement. Cricket betting on PSL and international matches is settled in accordance with the relevant cricket governing body's official records.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cz777 Platform:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal information;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or know that the Account is being used by an underage individual;
4. Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access, interact with, or gain any advantage on the Platform;
5. Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
6. Using the Platform to engage in or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
7. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
8. Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
9. Charging back any payment transaction without first contacting cz777 Support to resolve the relevant dispute;
10. Attempting to access another Player's Account or interfering with cz777's platform infrastructure.

cz777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Company recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and has implemented tools and procedures to support Players in maintaining control of their gaming activity.

10.1 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the cz777 Account security settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before activation.

10.2 Session Time Reminders. Players may configure session time reminders within their Account settings. Upon reaching the configured session limit, a notification will be displayed prompting the Player to take a break.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) week and five (5) years by contacting cz777 Support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be deactivated and no new deposits or bets will be accepted. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.

10.4 Permanent Closure. Players who wish to permanently close their cz777 Account on responsible gaming grounds may do so by contacting Support. Once permanently closed on responsible gaming grounds, an Account cannot be reopened.

All content on the cz777 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of cz777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the cz777 Platform without the Company's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of cz777's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cz777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

12.2 cz777's total liability to you in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 cz777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseeable outages are excluded from liability calculations.

12.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit cz777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

cz777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance.

Your continued use of the cz777 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cz777 holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally through cz777 Support shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first contact cz777 Support in good faith with a written description of your complaint and the remedy sought. cz777 will endeavour to respond substantively within five (5) business days.
